We ship UPS  We strive to process and ship orders in the most expedited manner possible.

Deliveries are made from our distribution center in Bohemia, NY. Transit times vary from 1 – 7 business days.

Returns

We offer a 30 day exchange on all the products we distribute. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it for credit or a full refund less shipping and handling charges.

In order to receive full credit products returned must be in new condition, in the original boxes complete with all packing materials and instructions.

If you are requesting to return a product or order you must contact our Returns Department to request a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.

Damaged Shipments

In the event that your shipment arrives damaged it is important to note this damage with the delivery agency and Love-My-Pet.com within 5 business days immediately. Love-My-Pet.com assumes no damage responsibility once a shipment is signed for and received by your authorized personnel.

Once a claim is made to Savoy Medical Supply for damaged goods, our representatives will file a damaged goods claim and ship a replacement order immediately.

Missing Merchandise

In the unlikely event you are missing a portion of your order please contact our customer service representatives immediately but no later than 3 business days of receipt.
